JOB OPPORTUNITY

EARLY YEARS NURSERY PRACTITIONER

We are looking for an experienced, Childcare Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for 40 hours per week, all year round to join a fantastic nursery as Early Years Practitioner. An immediate start option is also available.


We have opportunities at nurseries in the north-west in Crosby, Lymm, Hale and Altrincham, all with outstanding reputations in the local community and prime locations with excellent commuter links.


You must be as passionate as we are in providing better outcomes for children and be able to bring a sense of awe and wonder, making it a fun and magical day for the children.


Duties as a Early Years Practitioner

  • Planning a creative and playful curriculum with colleagues in line with EYFS
  • Observing, supporting and encouraging children’s learning in a stimulating, fun environment
  • Communicating with parents/carers about their little one’s development and keeping them involved


Do you have the key skills?

  • Must be Childcare Level 3 qualified
  • Minimum 1 year's professional childcare experience
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS Curriculum
  • Good understanding of Safeguarding

Except for occasional training you are not required to work evening or weekends. The setting is closed on all bank holidays, we also do not open on Christmas Eve!! The nursery closes over Christmas until the first working day in the New Year.


Safeguarding is our first priority. The successful applicant will need to provide evidence of their ‘right to work in the UK’, undertake a DBS (paid for by the employer), and provide satisfactory work references before they start their contract.
